Wine Expert tastes Georgian Wine: Pheasant’s Tears Chinuri 2016

This week on Wine Tasting with Connal Finlay DWS; Connal is tasting through a range of Georgian wines from one of the top producers in the country: Pheasant’s Tears. Pheasant’s Tears is headed by the incredibly passionate John Wurdeman who set up his winery in 2006 after just falling in love with the culture and landscape of Georgia. They use purely the local grape varietals in their wines and they use traditional winemaking techniques.

The Chinuri is a refreshing white wine with zingy acidity and a wide range of aromatic flavours. Watch the video to find out more!
